All on-street parking, except for two parking bays, has been removed to enhance traffic flow.
 

The construction has omitted the pedestrian islands on the three legs of the intersection with Manning Road, or any equivalent measures to support the pedestrian link between Kiaora Lane and Patterson Street.

 

A pedestrian crossing has been denied by Council.

 

The Patterson Street car park doors opens at 7am.
